The film distributor Summit Entertainment has posted one of the television commercials for David Bowers’ and IMAGI’s computer-animated film adaptation of Osamu Tezuka’s Astro Boy manga and anime earlier this week. BeeTV mobile phone television service is producing a live-action program based on Utsurun Desu. four-panel “nonsensical” gag comedy manga. The origianal story follows a number of off the wall characters used to tell off the wall jokes.
The new daily live-action series of 50 one-minute episodes will premiere on BeeTV on October 26.
